Radulization of Various Bacteria

Abstract
The main object of this study is to determine the radio sensitivities of bacteria according to the various irradiation dose rates and circumstances by means of ionizing radiation.
The results were obtained as follows:
1. In case of same irradiation dose, the sterilization effect on bacteria was increased gradually at high dose rate irradiation.2.Spore-forming bacteria revealed more radio resistant than non spore-forming bacteria.
3. In S. typhi, Ty 2, the radiation dose for the inactivation of 108 factor was iorderofinphysiological saline, nutrient broth, frozen state and dried state, respectively.
4. The radio sensitivities of bacteria isolated from medical products had a wide range ofsensitivities in same genus.
